APPENDIX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. Village Halls and Community Halls
By virtue of Paragraphs 6(6) and 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003, and with reference to Schedule 1 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (repealed), the conditions in place in relation to the public entertainments licence in force at these premises on the second appointed day, are reproduced and remain in force under this licence.
2. Door Supervision
Only individuals licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) may be used at the premises to carry out any security activity.
