ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Film Exhibitions
The admission of children must be restricted as follows:
1) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by a body designated under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984, admission of children ie. persons under 18 is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
2) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by the licensing authority itself, the admission of children ie. persons under 18 is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the licensing authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Public Nuisance
(1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that prominent and clear notices / instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers / staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises;
Protection of Children from Harm
(2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all external windows and doors remain closed (other than for access or egress) during the playing of live or amplified music.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

Refer to plan dated 1 April 2010 prepared/drawn by The Guardians of the Old Town Hall(submitted as part of an application for a premises licence under Section 17 to the Licensing Act 2003 dated 1 April 2010) which forms part of this licence and should be read in conjunction with it.
