Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
Supply of Alcohol Off the Premises (s73(3,4 & 5))
The supply of alcohol to members of the club for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the Club Premises Certificate.
Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to the member of the club in person.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistant with the Operating Schedule
1. The PLH/DPS staff will ask for photographic identification in the form of either a passport, EU photographic driving licence or PASS accredited identification, from any person appearing to be under the age of 25 who attempts to purchase alcohol at the premises.
2. All alcohol will be kept stored and locked in a secure metal container when club is closed.
3. After each period of the sale of alcohol. all bottles and other glass receptacles will be cleard away from outside the clubhouse and surrounding grounds.
