General (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that SIA registered door staff will be used during the event. (2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that the event will be an all ticket event for New Look employees only. Public Safety (3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all drinks are dispensed into plastic glasses. (4) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all fire exits are suitably lit. (5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that additional fire-fighting equipment will be available as directed by Dorset Fire and Rescue Service. Prevention of Public Nuisance (6) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that noise is reduced by using a ‘silent’ disco (wireless headphones to be issued to each individual). Protection of Children from Harm (7) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that no person under the age of 18 is allowed to enter the premises during the event.
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
