APPENDIX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. Designated Premises Supervisor
No supply of alcohol may be made under this premises licence -
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under this premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
2. Hotels & Guest Houses
This licence does not prohibit or restrict:
() the sale or supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in these premises where he/she is residing;
() the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there;
() the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bone fide entertained by him/her at his/her own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied.
3. Exhibition of Films
Admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation by the British Board of Film Classification.
4. Door Supervision
Only individuals licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) may be used at the premises to carry out any security activity.
