ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all staff undertake regular training and a record will be kept of the training sessions.
2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that the bar area will be locked and secured at night.
3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure the gradual and orderly dispersal of guests leaving the hotel.
4) The holder of the premises licence will ensure zero tolerance of drunken and disorderly behaviour.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that in the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public, members or guests, is fully operational when they are present.
6) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that a written record is made of all complaints and that complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
7) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all external doors and windows are kept closed where possible during the performance of regulated entertainment.
Protection of Children From Harm
8) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that no children will be allowed in the bar without adult supervision.
9) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that:
(a) the admission of children is restricted in accordance with the following recommendations:
U - Universal. Suitable for audiences aged 4 years and over;
PG - Parental Guidance. Some scenes may be unsuitable for young children;
12A - passed only for viewing by persons aged 12 years or older or persons younger than 12 when accompanied by an adult;
15 - passed only for viewing by persons aged 15 or over;
18 - passed only for viewing by persons aged 18 or over.
(b) where the film being exhibited has been passed by the British Board of Film Classification, a reproduction of the certificate is to be shown on the screen for at least 5 seconds in such a manner as to be easily readable by all persons in the auditorium;
(c) where the film exhibition includes a trailer advertising a film, a copy of the statement approved by the British Board of Film Classification is to be exhibited on screen.;
10) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that:
(a) "proof of age" is required for any sale / supply of alcohol that takes place where there is a suspicion on the part of the person selling or supplying the alcohol that the customer is under 21 years of age;
(b) such proof of age conforms to the PASS accreditation system or photo ID (photo driving licence or passports).
