Crime and Disorder (3) The holder of the premises licence will not introduce, or take part in, any irresponsible sales promotions. Prevention of Public Nuisance (4) The holder of the premises licence will maintain a record of all complaints that are made in regard to noise and disorderly conduct. Prevention of Children from Harm (5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 25 years of age. (6) A refusals register to be maintained at the premises as and when an incident occurs.

Conditions attached to Premises Licence (by the Sub-Committee) Live Music (7) All live music is to be unamplified and live music shall be limited to 15 (fifteen) festivals per calendar year. Noise Limiting Device (8) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that a noise limiting device is installed, fitted and maintained in such a manner as to control all sources of amplified music at the premises and at all times. Doors and Windows (9) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all external doors and windows are kept closed, other than for access and egress. Persons Leaving the Premises (10) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that prominent and clear notices/instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers/staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises. Litter & Waste (11) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: (a) an adequate number of waste containers are provided for use by customers, in positions agreed with the Environmental Health Department; (b) all waste containers are emptied in accordance with guidance from the Environmental Health Department. Sale of Alcohol Off Premises after 11pm (12) Sale of alcohol for consumption off premises after 11pm shall not be allowed other than with takeaway food that is to be delivered to a customers premises
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
