1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

General (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all staff are trained in the sale of alcohol requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 and receive regular updated training. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder (2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that there is a digital CCTV system installed that covers many areas of the shop floor, including the area which will be used for beer and wine. Images will be retained for 21 days and made available on enforcement requests. (3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that a member of the Management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open and that the checkout area will be constantly staffed whilst the store is open. Public Safety (4) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all members of the Management team are trained to look after the safety of the public. Protection of Children from Harm (5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all staff will be trained in the Think 21 policy and a till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of the Think 21 policy. (6) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all alcohol refusals are recorded and that signage of the Think 21 policy is displayed around the store
