Prevention of Crime and Disorder 1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that tickets will be issued to New Look employees only 2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure thatonly SIA registered security staff are used for this event. Public Safety 3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all drinks will be dispensed into plastic vessels. Prevention of Public Nuisance 4) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that noise limiters will be built into any hired equipment. Protection of Children from Harm 5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that no persons under the age of 18 will be allowed to enter the premises.

1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
