Additional Conditions
Crime and Disorder (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: (a) a suitable CCTV system is installed at the premises; (b) the system and cameras are maintained in working order at all times; (c) all recordings are kept for 30 days. Protection of Children from Harm (2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: (a) proof of age is required for any sale/supply of alcohol that takes place where there is suspicion on the part of the person selling or supplying the alcohol that the customer is under 21 years of age (Challenge 21); (b) such proof of age conforms to the PASS accreditation system or photo ID (photo driving licence or passports). (3) All staff to be trained in the retail sale of alcohol prior to commencing work at the premises. (4) The above training to be refreshed with each member of staff at least annually. (5) Written records to be kept of all training carried out in accordance with the above conditions. (6) A challenges and refusals register to be maintained at the premises and audited regularly by a member of the management team is to be made available to Council Officer upon request. (7) Notices to be displayed at the entrance to the premises, inside the premises and at the point of sale indicating that customers who appear under the age of 21 will not be allowed to purchase alcohol except on the production of identification as above. (8) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that the spirits display is located behind the counter.
Litter & Waste (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: (a) an adequate number of waste containers are provided for use by customers, in positions to be agreed with the Environmental Health Department; (b) all waste containers are emptied in accordance with guidance from the Environmental Health Department.

No.
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
