ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Crime and Disorder
(1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that:
(a) a suitable CCTV system is installed at the premises;
(b) the system and cameras are maintained in working order at all times; and
(c) all recordings are kept for 14 days.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
(2) There will be signs reminding customers of any restrictions on consuming alcohol in the immediate area.
Protection of Children from Harm
(3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that:
(a) "proof of age" is required for any sale/supply of alcohol that takes place where there is a suspicion on the part of the person selling or supplying the alcohol that the customer is under 25 years of age (Challenge 25); and
(b) such proof of age conforms to the PASS accreditation system or photo ID (photo driving licence or passports).
(4) All staff to be trained using Swercots "no proof of age - no sale" DVD plus printed questions and especially regarding proxy purchasing detection. Refresher training will take place within 12 months.
(5) A "challenges and refusals register" to be maintained at the premises and a log will be kept of ID (limited to photo driving licence, passport and ID with holographic PASS logo).
(6) There will be a till system which identifies age related products and asks staff members to identify ID method.
