ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Prevention of Crime and Disorder

(1)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that CCTV will be in operation at all times.

(2)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that all guests of members will not be permitted on premises without supplying name, date of birth and address. These details will be kept in the guest book and must be signed by the member bringing those guests into the club.

(3)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that no cadets or students are permitted in the club.

Public Safety

(4)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that no members of the public are permitted on the premises other than as guests

Prevention of Public Nuisance

(5)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that prominent and clear notices / instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers / staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises.

Protection of Children from Harm

(6)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that all cadets and students attending the centre will be under supervision by the Duty Rates. Cadets will not be permitted in areas in which alcohol is being served.
