Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that the supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises is made as follows:

   

  a)              the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;

   

  b)              it must be in a sealed container;

   

  c)              it must be made to a member of the club in person.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Public Safety

   

  (1)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that to a record of all safety checks, tests, examinations, fire drills and / or accidents are kept in a Log Book.

   

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  (2)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that:

  (a)              all external doors and windows are kept closed, other than for access and egress at all times regulated entertainment is taking place.

  (b)              internal doors are kept closed in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.

   

  (3)              Where amplified music (either recorded or live) is being played a tamper-proof sound limiting device must be installed at the premises to the level set in agreement with the Council.  All amplified music (either recorded or live) played on the premises must be subject to the control of the sound limiting device.

   

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  (4)              The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that access to the premises for all children under the age of the 18 is prohibited when entertainment of an adult nature is taking place.
