ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that:
(a) a suitable CCTV system is installed at the premises;
(b) the system and cameras are maintained in working order at all times;
(c) all recordings are kept for 30 days.
Public Nuisance
2) The holder of the premises licence/club registration certificate will ensure that prominent and clear notices / instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers / staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises.
