Prevention of Crime and Disorder (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure active co-operation with the local police to ensure awareness of particular problems which affect the local area and may potentially affect the store. (2) The holder of the premises licence will not countenance the use or supply of illegal drugs and the staff will inform the police immediately of any such suspected activity on or in the vicinity of the store. (3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that no glassware is supplied or used. Public Safety (4) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that regular health and safety risk assessments are carried out. Prevention of Public Nuisance (5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all delivery drivers are instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately, not to leave engines running, to park considerately, and at all times to have in mind neighbours (particularly residential occupiers). (6) The holder of the premises will ensure that doors and windows will be kept closed at night to prevent the transmission of noise. (7) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that the customers who visit the premises to purchase takeaways will be asked to leave quietly and with due consideration for the neighbours. (8) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that no music is played on the premises.
