Prevention of Crime and Disorder 1) CCTV The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: * Recordings will be maintained for 28 days * A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advertising that CCTV is in operation. * CCTV cameras will be maintained in working order. Protection of Children from Harm 2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that only photographic proof of identification i.e. passport or new style driving licence, and cards which have the PASS (proof of age standard system) logo on will be an acceptable form of identification. Staff will refuse to serve anyone unable to produce the aforementioned identification who appears underage for the consumption or purchase of alcohol. 3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that the bar staff will be trained using trading standards supply video. Staff will be trained to challenge anyone in relation to underage drinking.
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
