Refer to plan dated 29th June 2005 (Drawing Number QP1) prepared/drawn by K B of Peter Gunning and Partners on a scale of 1:100 for Que Pasa (submitted as part of an application to convert an existing licence to a premises licence under Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 dated 1st August 2005) ^IN; ^IN; which forms part of this licence and should be read in conjunction with it.

Crime and Disorder 1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all staff are fully trained in the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 and a record is kept of the training. 2) All drinks will be dispensed and served in polycarbonate vessels from 22:00 hours each Friday, Saturday, New Year's Eve, Bank Holiday Weekend (Friday to Monday) and during any promotion or event where regulated entertainment is provided. Prevention of Public Nuisance 3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all windows are closed at 23:00 daily. 4) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that soft drinks and/or hot drinks such as coffee are available at all times. 5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that staff ask customers to leave quietly and that prominent and clear notices / instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers / staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises Protection of Children from Harm 6) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all bar staff are trained regarding under age sales and that such training is recorded. 7) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that children are properly supervised by an adult at all times. Public Safety 8) All door staff will wear a hi-visibility coat or vest/tabard. There shall be a minimum of 2 SIA door supervisors from 22:00 hours each Friday, Saturday, New Years Eve, and during any promotion or event where regulated entertainment is provided. Door staff will be deployed at a ratio of 1:100 with a further 1 for each additional floor open to the public.
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended. 2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Any individual employed to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
