ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1) An incident book shall be maintained and checked and signed by one of the management staff on a weekly basis. The incident book will be kept on the premises and available on request to the Police or an Authorised Officer.
2) A 'refusals register' to be maintained at the premises and made available for inspection by the Police or any other Authorised Officer.
3) An effective CCTV system shall be installed on the premises and maintained in good order at all times. Copy/download recordings will be made available at the request of the Police or an Authorised Officer.
4) Alcohol will only be sold when purchased along with a hot meal.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
5) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that prominent and clear notices/instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers/staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises;
Protection of Children from Harm
6) Written records of all training shall be kept and made available for inspection by the Police or any other Authorised Officer.
7) The premises licence holder will ensure that proof of age is sought from any person who appears to be aged 25 or under. Only a valid UK driving licence, passport or a card bearing the ‘PASS’ logo will be accepted as proof of age.
