Additional Conditions

• Refer to plans dated July 1998 (Drawing number 98.28.01) drawn by P C Dean Associates on scales of 1:100 produced for Portland United Football Club (submitted as part of an application to convert and vary an existing Club Registration Certificate to a Club Premises Certificate under Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 dated 28th July 2005) which forms part of this licence and should be read in conjunction with it.
• Film Exhibitions The admission of children must be restricted as follows: 1) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by a body designated under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984, admission of children ie. persons under 18 is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body. 2) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by the licensing authority itself, the admission of children ie. persons under 18 is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the licensing authority.
• Crime and Disorder (1) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to: (a) A member of the club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission; or (b) A guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him at his expense; or (c) Any person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by Rule 2(c) of the Rules. (2) There shall be rules of the club for the election of members, and a copy of such rules and any other such rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any other alterations in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within fourteen days. (3) A list of the names and addresses of all members of the club be kept on the premises. Prevention of Public Nuisance (4) The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that prominent and clear notices / instructions are displayed at all relevant exit points instructing customers / staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave the premises. Protection of Children from Harm (5) The holder of the club premises certificate will ensure that: (a) the admission of children is restricted in accordance with the following recommendations: U – Universal. Suitable for audiences aged 4 years and over; PG – Parental Guidance. Some scenes may be unsuitable for young children; 12A – passed only for viewing by persons aged 12 years or older or persons younger than 12 when accompanied by an adult; 15 – passed only for viewing by persons aged 15 or over; 18 – passed only for viewing by persons aged 18 or over. (b) where the film being exhibited has been passed by the British Board of Film Classification, a reproduction of the certificate is to be shown on the screen for at least 5 seconds in such a manner as to be easily readable by all persons in the auditorium; (c) where the film exhibition includes a trailer advertising a film, a copy of the statement approved by the British Board of Film Classification is to be exhibited on screen.;
