Prevention of Crime and Disorder 5) The premises shall be conducted at all times decently, soberly and in an orderly manner. No offensive or obscene performances shall be permitted. 6) The Licensee shall afford access to the premises at all times during licensed hours to any Police Officer in uniform, any uniformed member of the Fire Service and any duly authorised officer of the Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for the purpose of seeing that these conditions are complied with.

Public Safety 2) The maximum number of people, including staff, permitted to be present on the premises during licensed hours shall be for dancing and seated - in the main function room 250 and in the Skittles Room 250 the persons are to be so distributed and in such a manner that at no time shall the maximum number in the areas shown on the plan be exceeded or as notified to you from time to time in writing by the Dorset County Council as the Fire Authority. 3) All steps shall be taken as respect the structure and layout of the premises and the equipment provided therein to reduce danger to life from fire as in the opinion of the Fire Authority are reasonable having regard to the number of persons likely to use the premises. 4) No alterations or additions shall be made to the premises without prior notification of at least 21 days to the Fire Authority.

Refer to plan dated December 2001 No. 2001.48.01 prepared/drawn by P Dean Associates for Weymouth Centenary Club (submitted as part of an application to convert an existing club registration certificate to a club premises certificate under Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 dated 6th July 2005) which forms part of this licence and should be read in conjunction with it.
Embedded Restrictions (para 6(8) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003) 1) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to: (a) A member of the club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission; or (b) A guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him at his expense; or (c) Any person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by Rule 2(c) of the Rules. 2) There shall be rules of the club for the election of members, and a copy of such rules and any other such rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any other alterations in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within fourteen days. 3) A list of the names and addresses of all members of the club be kept on the premises.
