Crime and Disorder (1) The premises shall be conducted at all times decently, soberly and in an orderly manner. No offensive or obscene performances shall be permitted. Public Safety (2) The maximum number of people, including staff, permitted to be present on the premises during licensed hours shall be in the Main Hall 300 or as notified to you from time to time in writing by the Dorset County Council as the Fire Authority. (3) All steps shall be taken as respect the structure and layout of the premises and the equipment provided therein to reduce danger to life from fire as in the opinion of the Fire Authority are reasonable having regard to the number of persons likely to use the premises. (4) No alterations or additions shall be made to the premises without prior notification of at least 21 days to the Fire Authority. (5) The licensed premises shall not be opened or used for any of the purposes aforesaid, except (for the purposes and) at the times set out below:- Monday to Sunday 08:00 to midnight Protection of Children from Harm (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: (a) the admission of children is restricted in accordance with the following recommendations: U Universal. Suitable for audiences aged 4 years and over; PG Parental Guidance. Some scenes may be unsuitable for young children; 12A passed only for viewing by persons aged 12 years or older or persons younger than 12 when accompanied by an adult; 15 passed only for viewing by persons aged 15 or over; 18 passed only for viewing by persons aged 18 or over. (b) where the film being exhibited has been passed by the British Board of Film Classification, a reproduction of the certificate is to be shown on the screen for at least 5 seconds in such a manner as to be easily readable by all persons in the auditorium; (c) where the film exhibition includes a trailer advertising a film, a copy of the statement approved by the British Board of Film Classification is to be exhibited on screen.;
Film Exhibitions The admission of children must be restricted as follows: 1) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by a body designated under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984, admission of children ie. persons under 18 is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body. 2) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by the licensing authority itself, the admission of children ie. persons under 18 is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the licensing authority.
