General (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that no licensable activities will be provided between the hours of 23:00 and 10:00 the following day other than to: Residents Bona fide guests of residents Persons attending a bona fide function booked at least 48 hours in advance Prevention of Public Nuisance (2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that all external doors and windows are kept closed whenever live or recorded music is being played. Protection of Children from Harm (3) The Premise Licence Holder will adopt a Challenge 21 Scheme (or similar) at the premises
