Prevention of Public Nuisance (1) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that doors and windows will be kept closed during all events that might generate significant noise including live or recorded music. Protection of Children from Harm (2) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that: (a) the admission of children is restricted in accordance with the following recommendations: U Universal. Suitable for audiences aged 4 years and over; PG Parental Guidance. Some scenes may be unsuitable for young children; 12A passed only for viewing by persons aged 12 years or older or persons younger than 12 when accompanied by an adult; 15 passed only for viewing by persons aged 15 or over; 18 passed only for viewing by persons aged 18 or over. (b) where the film being exhibited has been passed by the British Board of Film Classification, a reproduction of the certificate is to be shown on the screen for at least 5 seconds in such a manner as to be easily readable by all persons in the auditorium; (c) where the film exhibition includes a trailer advertising a film, a copy of the statement approved by the British Board of Film Classification is to be exhibited on screen.; (3) The holder of the premises licence will ensure that the Littlemoor Community Action Groups own Child Protection Policy is adhered to at all times.
