ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITION
Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the admission of children must be restricted as follows:
(8) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by a body designated under section 4 of the Video Recording Act 1984, admission of children is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
(9) Where the film being exhibited has been classified by the licensing authority itself, the admission of children is restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the licensing authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The attached standard conditions and restrictions (from the converted licence) apply to this premises licence (Paragraph 6(8) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003).
